Welcome to page of niche operating systems. Here you can get acquainted with niche/hobby operating systems developed in last few decades. Majority of operating systems are sufficiently functional, few however are i.e. IA-32 real mode operating systems, some are even less developed and could be labeled as advanced boot loaders. More interesting operating systems in this page have memory management capabilities, multi-tasking capabilities and file system support. Closed source operating systems are omitted from this list.
